Welcome Show Junkies

First a Thank You for all who have served in our armed services and those currently serving to protect the freedom of countless people in the USA and around the world.

Without your service and sacrifice we may not be enjoying this wonderful hobby.

This week we have NO shows scheduled for the entire week, next week or the month of November …

So I’ve decided to combine an entire month of empty show schedules into a single newsletter for No-show November.

If you’re anything like most car nuts you would rather be staring at a classic car in the garage before wasting time in front of the TV … unless the TV is mounted in the garage near the car and maybe a fridge nearby … which counts as “working”.

Anyho, I do enjoy a good car show on Youtube and with so many YouTubers attending it’s almost as good as going to the show, maybe even better because it’s free.

So grab a cold snack, your favorite seat and enjoy the Best of SEMA 2024 in ~~Lost Wages~~ Las Vegas from the comfort of your happy place.

And when you get your fill of hopped up, tricked out and crazy rides just tickle the buttons and kick off a movie marathon of your favorite, maybe forgotten or never seen classic car movies.

To get you started here are 56 movies for classic car people with classic cars, car chases, car jumping, car crashing … popular movies like “Smokey & the Bandit”, “American Graffiti”, “Dirty Mary & Crazy Larry” along with a few lesser known classics like “Two Lane Blacktop”, “Eat My Dust”, “The Gumball Rally”… Oddly the list is missing some true classics like “Gone in 60 Seconds” and “Bullit”.

Anyho, you get the idea, when the weather turns cold and the car shows stop it’s time to improvise … I mean get to work.
