Welcome Show Junkies

Just the words Sun & Fun along with Summer Kickoff are enough to jump start my excitement for the season ahead.

The outdoor shows are my favorite events to attend.

Maybe it’s because the grass is green, the sun is shining or because the top is down.

Honestly it’s because I enjoy the raspy growl as my foot squashes the pedal, the tires loose traction and the stress drifts away.

What ever the reason the summer show season is the best time of the year in Minnesota.

So dust off the wheels, twist the key and take a drive this weekend to the 66th Annual GSTA Rod & Custom show.

A two day event with free parking, hot rods and customs.

And a few vendors to temp you with leather, chrome and go fast parts galore.

Finally we are just 1 month from May the beginning of summer and many weekly cruz-in events across the state.

So if your ride isn’t ready you have just 11 weeks 3 days until summer officially begins.

And just 11 weeks and 4 days before the MSRA “Back to the 50’s” car show begins.
